Preschool Swim Lessons - Ages 3-6 years

Preschool Beginner: Introduction to Water 
The beginning level for your preschooler, this class will teach water safety rules, safe water entry, submersion skills, skills on front with face in the water, skills on back with and without support, kicking skills, and water safety skills.

Preschool Intermediate: Fundamental Swimming Skills
This is the second level of preschool lessons; swimmers will continue improving their skills from Preschool Beginner and learn to swim unassisted on their front and back. Swimmers will be introduced to crawl stroke arms, back stroke arms, and self-rescue skills.

Preschool Advanced: Developing Strokes
In our final level of preschool swim lessons swimmers will refine crawl stroke and backstroke. They will be introduced to side breathing, whip kick and breast stroke arms. Swimmers will be able to swim at least 25 yd. at the end of this course.

Youth Beginner: Fundamental Swimming Skills
In Youth Beginner, swimmers will learn water entry and exit, water safety rules, submersion, kicking skills, skills on front, skills on back, breath control skills, alternative positions, changing position and direction, and water and personal safety skills.

Youth Intermediate: Stroke Development and Improvement
In Youth Intermediate, swimmers will learn safety skills, water entry skills, lifejacket skills, kicking skills, skills on front, skills on back, treading water and changing positions, deep water skills, open turns with push off, all strokes, and combined skills.

Youth Advanced: Stroke Refinement and Proficiency
In Youth Advanced, swimmers will increase their swimming distance from 25 yards to 50 yards and will learn advanced deep water skills; surface dives in deep water, turns, strokes, and combined skills.
