Thank you for an amazing summer at the J!
We appreciate all that our campers and their families have done to make these past couple of months so much fun together. Thanks also to our counselors, who have worked from early morning until late afternoon to bring smiles to our campers' faces.

The final day of session three is an all-camp luau celebration. Wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt, get a shaved ice and dance the hula with your friends.

All parents are welcome to join us for the week nine all-camp Shabbat celebration on Friday at 3:30 p.m.

If you are staying with us for week ten (August 20-24) for Forever Chai or Best of X Camp, we'll go on our favorite field trips every day.
If you're going to Watts Basketball Camp, campers will meet in our gym and dribble, bounce and run all day. Bring extra water for the workout!

NEW! Curbside Morning Drop Off
New for summer 2012: we will have curbside morning drop off. Between 9:15 and 9:30 a.m., staff members will be outside waiting by the curb, ready to greet campers and deliver them to their camp. Our counselors will sign your camper into camp and make sure they get to their camp group. If you wish to participate in curbside drop off, please have your child ready to exit the car when a staff person greets you. You are still welcome to park if you want to walk with your child to camp.

For safety, please have your child exit on the passenger side (curb side) of your car. Parents, please stay in the car. We also ask that your child remain in the vehicle if no staff member is immediately present.

Please note we will not do curbside drop off on thefirst day of each session (June 18, July 9 and July 30) and this service is not available for afternoon pickup.

All parents or guardians picking up campers must present photo ID to the camp staff. Only parents and guardians on each camper's authorized pick up and drop off list will be allowed to sign kids in and out of camp.

If your family does not have an SJCC membership, you will receive a special summer camp pick up and drop off card on the first day of camp. Please bring it with you every day when you pick up and drop off your child to show welcome desk staff members so you may enter the building. If the person picking up your camper does not have a card, they will be asked to sign in at the desk.

If you have questions ask SJCC Summer Camp, please don’t hesitate to call.
