Saturday – 8am Olympic lifting, 9:30am Team WOD
Sunday - 8am Olympic lifting, 9:30 Regular Class

NEW CrossFit Kids!
This is not simply a scaled down version of the adult CrossFit classes but it is a class to develop and enhance the physical abilities of our children. It will be designed to get them moving in positive directions toward more functional movements and allow them to enhance their social interactions, goal setting, and focus on quality of movements and most importantly, to have FUN!
Class Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays
4 p.m. Kids (ages 5-10)
5 p.m. Preteens/Teens (11+)
1st & 3rd Saturday of the month
9:30am-10:15amTeam WOD-All ages
*Will be at the same time as the adult team WOD, children should bring coloring books, reading, or homework to work on following the conclusion of class-please no video games, IPod’s, or DS’s.
