

We are very excited to continue our partnership with the Seattle Jewish Community School in North Seattle to bring our camp experience beyond our Mercer Island location.
Highlights:
• science lab to make gak, grow fungi and complete experiments
• art studio to create amazing creations
• swimming one to two times a week at Helene Madison Pool
• carpeted auditorium/gym space with PE equipment including basketball hoops and a stage for performances
• full teaching kitchen to make smoothies, cookies, lunches, and sushi

• morning and afternoon care is available to extend your child’s camp day
Camp Katan >>
for children entering kindergarten
Camp Katan provides first-timers with the full SJCC Summer Camp experience, introducing them to all the different activites the SJCC Summer Camp has to offer. Campers will explore art, drama, science, nature, sports, music, storytelling, and daily ruach (spirit). Each three-week session will have the following key components: a theme, weekly field trips, and special events.
Camp Kef >>
for grades K-8
Get ready for a summer of fun in our biggest and most popular camp program, Camp Kef. Join with old friends and make new ones as you spend your summer outside exploring, learning and experiencing all that SJCC Summer Camp has to offer. Every day in Camp Kef we participate in sports, arts and crafts, science, nature education, cooking, and Judaic enrichment. Each week campers explore Seattle with field trips that have included local parks, a Mariners game, the Museum of Flight, an Argosy cruise, Ride the Ducks, and much more.

Come spend the summer at the SJCC Sports Camp, back-to-back winner of the ParentMap Magazine Awards for Best Sports Camp in the Puget Sound. SJCC Sports Camp encourages participants to make smart choices, meet new friends, and develop teamwork and good sportsmanship. Campers increase their confidence through varied games, activities and events.
Cooking
grades K-2 – June 24-28
Cost: $299
Everyone loves food! During this one-week camp, you'll learn the skills needed to make delicious meals. Our instructors will put an emphasis on nutrition and the importance of food and kitchen safety. Don’t worry sweets lovers – we'll also whip up pastries and sweets.
Art
grades 3-6 – June 24-28
grades K-2 – July 1-5 (no camp on July 4)
Cost: $299
Be prepared to be creative and be challenged. During this week long art camp, young artists will be introduced to new techniques and the wonders of art. Campers enjoy fun, educational, experimental, and exploratory art instruction with gentle guidance and individual attention. We'll have a great variety of art materials to experience. Bring a paint shirt – we're going to have lots of artistic fun!
NEW IN 2013: Transportation to SJCS campus
New this year, we will offer transportation from Queen Anne, Wallingford, Wedgewood and Temple Beth Am/SJCC Seattle campus. We'll have buses and vans to pick up in the morning and drop off to get your kids to and from camp safely and securely. Vans are driven by trained senior staff members; buses are operated by licensed bus drivers. All routes will have a limited number of spots – make your reservation early.
Morning and Afternoon Care at SJCS campus
Morning Care: 7-9:30 a.m., $50 per week
Afternoon Care: 4-6 p.m., $50 per week
We provide both morning and afternoon care at the Seattle Jewish Community School so campers can enjoy a safe and familiar environment before and after their action-packed day at camp. Registration for this program must be made in advance.
