The SJCC Kindergarten Program provides an exceptional program designed to provide your child's kindergarten learning experience.
SJCC Kindergarten is taught at our Mercer Island facility. The curriculum provides opportunities for enrichment in math, language, art, science, and social studies. In addition, your child will participate in specialty classes including swimming, fitness, and music. The curriculum will be coordinated with district kindergarten programs to provide continuity for your child's learning.

Curriculum Goals
The program will include integration of math, science, art and literacy, to help students to begin making connections between different subjects. The program will allow for choice and flexibility with assignments. This enables students to be part of their learning process and become critical thinkers.
The Mission of SJCC Early Childhood Education
Our mission is to provide a diverse Jewish setting that constructs possibilities for the emergence of each child through a collaborative learning process. Children are encouraged to test their theories of the world so as to develop a love of learning, a strong sense of self-reliance and a strong foundation for critical thinking.
