Teen Fitness Center Orientations

Ages 13-17

In two, one and a half hour sessions LEARN:

  • How to properly operate cardio machines
  • How to safely set the weight machines
  • Proper gym etiquette

Class Dates
           Session I:  Saturdays, October 24 and 31, 3:00-4:30 pm

           Session II:  Tuesdays, November 3 and 10, 6:00-7:30 pm

Fee: $15/person (limit five participants per session)

To register for the class:  Please call the Fitness Center Desk at 206.232.7115 ext. 270 and leave a message.  The message must include parent's name, student's name and age, contact number and the session the student will be participating in.  Please bring a check the first day of the session. Contact Karla Anderson for more information.

 

We have some great Group Fitness classes that are perfect for teenagers ages 13 and up:

These classes are perfect for both adults and teens. Bring your teen with you, or have them come themselves!

Mondays 6 p.m. ZUMBA®
Thursdays 5 p.m. ZUMBA®

ZUMBA® is a latin-inspired fitness class featuring interval training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Unlimited Group Fitness classes are $35 per month.
