Group exercise classes are free to all SJCC members (unless otherwise noted). 

Guests are welcome to attend classes at $10 per class. 
There is no need to register for fitness classes unless specified.

All classes require a minimum of 7 participants on a regular basis to continue.

Boot Camp - in Seattle
Tuesdays/Thursdays, 7:45-8:45 a.m.
Now through June 4
Temple Beth Am Social Hall

SJCC/TBA members: free
Guests: $10 per class

This 60-minute workout is fun and energetic with high intensity intervals.Work out at your own pace with modifiable exercises that challenge your cardiovascular system and muscle strength.

Aerobic Fitness
Mondays, 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Old school aerobic steps combined with toning exercises. All levels.

Aquatic Sport
Mondays and Wednesdays,
 9-10 a.m. 
An intermediate to advanced water aerobics class for more conditioned participants. A heart-pumping workout in the pool that works all parts of your body with no added impact to your joints. Intermediate to advanced.

Boot Camp 
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 6-7 a.m.
Mondays 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
This 60-minute workout will offer a fun and energetic atmosphere with high intensity intervals. Participants work at their own pace with modifiable exercises that challenge your cardiovascular system and muscle strength. 

Indoor Cycling/Cycle Zone
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7 a.m.
Wednesdays (cycle core) 9:45-10:45 a.m.

Wednesdays 6-7 p.m. 
Friday (cycle zone)  8:30-9:30 a.m.

Saturdays (cycle/core) 8:30-9:45 a.m.
Sundays 9-10 a.m.
Cycling is a great way to burn calories and have fun. You do not need to be an experienced cyclist; all levels are welcome. Riders use heart rate monitors to determine zones in this interval ride. New riders, please arrive ten minutes before class to be set up on bikes. All levels. 

Pilates
Sundays, 9-10 a.m.
This basic level mat session is designed to lengthen and strengthen your entire body using core muscles. Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, these movements will help you gain postural alignment, balance and flexibility. All levels.
 

Pi-Yo
Wednesdays, 8:20-9:30 a.m.
and Fridays, 8:15-9:30 a.m.

Pi-Yo is a class that combines yoga poses with pilates mat exercises to build core strength and enhance agility and balance. Pi-Yo is a faster paced class than gentle yoga and provides a moderately challenging workout similar to Vinyasa (flow-style) yoga. Intermediate to Advanced.

Step and Sculpt
Sunday, 10:15-11:15 a.m.
Step coreoagraphy and weight conditioning are combined to tone and shape your body. Levels intermediate to advanced.

Tai Chi
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9-10 a.m. 
Tai Chi is a series of movements aimed to address the body and mind as an interconnected system. Mental and physical health benefits include improved posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. 

Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. 
Functional movements and correct body alignment are used to tone and strengthen the body. All levels.

Ultimate Conditioning
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:45-10:45 a.m.
It's the next level of training. Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. A total body workout that is challenging, great for all levels of fitness.

Yoga Core & Sculpt
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Fridays 9:45-11 a.m.
Athletic, vinyasa style yoga designed to create a full mind-body workout, utilizing core yoga postures to increase strength; balance and flexibility. Bring your own mat, classes open to all levels.

Yoga - Hatha
Mondays, 8:45-10 a.m.

Learn and perfect poses to build flexibility, strength, balance, breath awareness and focus. Please bring your own mat. All levels.

Zumba®
Mondays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Fridays, 9:45-10:45 a.m.
Zumba® fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and easy to do! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba®! Zumba® is more like a "fitness-party" and makes fitness fun. Appropriate for ALL fitness levels and is easy to follow for those who have coordination and those who don't!
