Parenting Center

The SJCC Parenting Centers are nationally recognized for family outreach, parent education and support, and social activities for infants to five year olds.

The Parenting Centers, on Mercer Island and in Seattle, offer activities in a warm and nurturing environment for people of all ages: infants, toddlers, preschoolers, parents, and grandparents. Our educational classes and lectures, support groups, and baby playtime bring our Parenting Centers alive with activity and learning.

Our programs, classes, and support services are designed to strengthen emotional bonds between parents and children and promote optimal child development.

The SJCC believes in families and values parents as vital to child development. During the challenging and fun early childhood years, the SJCC Parenting Centers inspire a shared early learning experience to support the growth and development of our community's children.
